Called in inquire about the service on approximately 10-15-13 at which time I spoke with Brandon. I found him to be very helpful, knowledgeable and informative about the service. He quote me what I considered to be an acceptable price and we set an appointment to have the insulation installed on 10-29-13.
On day of installation the installers arrived punctual and fully equipped to perform the work. They advised that it would be best if we could have a second access cut into our ceiling to enable a more professional installation. We had that accomplished same morning by our and quot;handymanand quot; contractor. In the meantime the Banker Insulation service workers did their job. The entire job took over 2 hours, according to the estimate.
Upon completion, Joe completely explained what he saw, what he did and how he made it better. I was presented with a certificate showing that the insulation value in the ceiling had been brought up to an R-30 value and I was given a receipt for the amount I paid. The installers swept the floor in the garage where the installation took place and thanked us for the business. In summary, Banker Insulation made this project flawless and perfect. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone in the market for insulation in their home.
