They did really good work. Price could be better. It was a good price, but I think anytime, price could be better. When they put the system in it took about two days because they had to take the old system out and it was in the attic and it was not easy to do. When they took it out, they had to take it out through the attic access and they had to take some things off the attic access to get the old system out and everything and they sent somebody out right away to fix that as soon as they were finished and clean it and everything. They sent three people out to do the job. It took them two days because they had to get the old unit out. They took all the stuff away, they cleaned up after themselves everyday. When they put the new unit in, they cleaned up. They explained everything about the new unit. They were just really good. I went up and inspected after they had done it and I thought they did a good job because they sealed all my ducts too.

They clean up after themselves, they tell you exactly what they're doing. On this new system we have, we have clean air and so they tell you exactly what they're doing to service and they show you. If you have any questions, they're free to answer any questions. They have a rating system and they want you to rate them so their boss can see exactly what they've done. They used to have a skeletal crew here in Clark County because most of the guys would come from Kingman, Arizona, which is about an hour 45 minutes away and now they have more people in Clark County servicing the units and stuff. It took them half an hour at the most, to finish the job. They came out exactly when I wanted them to.
