This company is very low in customer service, high on price, and low on accuracy of the issue. They use contractors that seem to be more interested in getting more business and patting themselves on the back then tending to the needs of the customer. I didn't believe their assessment of our drain and went to a different company and glad we did. Their assessment of the flow drain was not even close to being accurate. Pictures from the next company proved our theory. I would not suggest using this company.

Called them set appointment crew arrived on time determined the problem and solved it a very professional manner with full explanations on how everything worked. They then quickly pumped my system and explained how to care for it cleaned up after they were done recovered everything great service very happy.

Richie and his assistant did a thorough inspection and explained the workings of a leech field septic system since we'd never owned one before. He explained the layout of the drainage which could not cause the issue we had with the water pooling. He identified an area to watch in the future but told us there was no need to pump it at this time. We were impressed with his knowledge, his honesty, and willingness to explain and demonstrate how to maintain our system. He gave us good recommendations, a brochure, and was very friendly, professional, and helpful.

Workers showed up on time and went right to work. Owner arrived shortly thereafter. I was amazed at how quickly they did the necessary work, including digging down to the tank. Price was very fair for the service provided.

Our system was not inspect as required by law when we purchased our home which we found out thanks to their attentive office person. She gave me a ton of good information in figuring out what we needed to do to get straight with state. The day they were scheduled to come out, the guys from JT's called and asked if it was okay if they came early which was fine by us! The arrived and began to assess the issue. The cement lids on the tank were stuck and crumbled away when they tried to pull them off and they ended up replacing them with plastic lids. The pumping went quickly and they had the job done in a little over an hour.
We got our paperwork from JT's in a couple days and we're all legit now. I wanted to try and find cement lids to replace the ones that crumbled but it appears that isn't possible anymore. The JT's office person gave me some good info on where I might find them, too. But, it appears they don't manufacture them anymore.

I appreciate the office person going over and above with the info and help we received.
