The garage floor is beautiful and well done by the owner. Unfortunately, an employee put the cabinets in the wrong place and covered the only vents I have in my garage. When I told him this, he said it was to late to move the cabinets but that he'd cut holes into the cabinets to allow proper ventilation, and that they would cover the holes with vent plates. He didn't have the right size. I spoke with the owner who said he would take care of it in a day or two. That was 10 months ago. I've called the owner a couple of times since who said he'd take care of it in a day or two . . . nope!! I've left the "construction" garage code on the outside garage opener anticipating he'd show up and then I could change the code, so it's been upsetting because several people involved in the construction of my new home have the code. Decent company, nice owner, but unfortunately customer service is not a priority.

Everything went well. It was a good experience. They were prompt. I dealt with the owner directly and the job was completed in one day.

The owner met me at my new home before I closed on it so they could install the day after I closed and PRIOR to my movers arriving. He took measurements and offered suggestions based on which side of the garage I would be parking on as well as the location of my access doors. He really thought about things that other companies never would consider. He even made a special cut in one of the cabinets to fit around an air duct. They installed on the scheduled day and arrived on time as promised. I am VERY Satisfied with the product! I have 10 feet of cabinets where the doors completely open and don't have a center bar blocking access. (Most cabinets do). PLUS...I also have a 5 foot custom made work bench. They also offer garage floor coating at a discounted rate if you purchase cabinets through them. I will definitely be hiring them for this service as well once I am completely settled. This is much better than what other companies offer and for a lot less.

When I called for an estimate, David was able to meet with me the same evening. His manner was polite, informative, and I didn't feel pressured to buy. I was impressed and ordered the cabinets. He accommodated my difficult schedule and installed sturdy cabinets that looked great. As the weeks go by, I am more and more pleased with how functional and better looking my garage has become.
