The only reason they got a B instead of an A was that after putting in the service request through my warranty company, I had to call them because they never called me after a few days. Aside from that, they were great! He came in, was super personable and got right to work. He didn't screw around. He seemed to know exactly what the problem was, fixed it quickly, and was very professional. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him.
