GREAT WESTERN LANDSCAPING

Great Western Landscaping has the poorest customer service. They do not care about the customers wishes. They come out and do a great job and charge a large amount for your initial service to reel you in. Then they have random guys to come out for your biweekly service that do their jobs. My lawn was not cut and my front yard had leaves all in. It did not look like the initial service. They take forever to call you back. One person named Genna always answers the phone and acts like she doesn't know anything. I complained and requested her bosses phone number and she said he doesn't have one which I know is a lie. She said he can be reached by email and she gives me the company email which he never responded to. I complained about my service and they did not care at all. I tried to be as nice as I could considering the lack of communication. After numerous calls and emails and no responses today his the day for my biweekly service and they didn't even show up. Such a sorry company with sorry workers. Do not waste your time or money with this company they do not care about their customers!!! And in order to get your yard they way you want you have to stand over the workers other wise they wont do anything.
