They were fine. They were thorough but they got many up selling which was cool. He did what he was to do for the maintenance. His price is reasonable and he followed through. They were on time.

I scheduled an appointment with AirAmedics and the young lady got me scheduled in two days, she was very informative,gave me prices and answered all my question. Josh ,the owner came out to my home for the appointment, he called before arriving. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Josh repaired the leak and charged the unit in a timely matter, he didn't try to find an additional problems, like most HVAC companies.There was no hidden fees. His prices were very reasonable and I was very satisfied with the work done. Will definitely refer AirAmedics to friends and family. Thank You Josh.

Great! Josh was courteous, knew what he was doing, and had our A/C unit working within minutes! He called before arriving, had the necessary parts, and now we're cooling down.

Did not go well.
As outlined above Airamedics was employed to fix my non-functioning air conditioner at my condo in Anthem, AZ. The Airamedics technician found no mechanical problem with the unit and recharged it with 11 lbs of refrigerant. Within five days the unit was again not functioning. Tried to call but only got answering machine. With the outdoor temp at 108 degrees, could not wait additional days, so had a local Anthem A/C firm, Madsen Air Conditioning, service the unit. Madsen found the leak and successfully repaired the unit.
Subsequently contacted by email and phone, Airamedics owner Joshua Cooley refused to accept any responsibility or to refund any part of the $600 paid him on June 8.

"This man NEVER tried to contact us until after he had another company repair his unit. I told his daughter who was there at the time I was there that if there were any problems at all to contact us immediately and I would come back asap at no additional cost. The customer approached me while I was repairing another customers unit and asked me if I could help her and that it was 100 degrees in her condo and she had cats etc. I had an extremely busy day and decided to help them even though I didn't even have adequate time. This is what happens when you go out of your way to help someone. After Mr. [member name removed] contacted us I offered to come back out and repair anything that was wrong at no cost but obviously he refused because he had it repaired by someone else. This man is now lying about what happened because I wouldn't refund his money. I am as honest as they come and if they would have called us before someone else, we would have had the opportunity to guarantee our work like we do 100% of the time. If for any reason we were unable to get back out there the day the system failed again I would have gladly refunded his money. We have phone records and there are no calls or emails prior to his second repair. I will be contacting Angie's list about this customer lying in this review to slander my business."

Repairs were replace one fan motor and capaciter in one unit. Add freon to another unit. Total tine about one hour.
