Tony completed detailed troubleshooting and got the door opener to work.  Tony made several recommendations.  Due to the quality of the garage door opener, I decided to go with a new opener that had a keyless entry and would be much quieter.  (It sounded like the old opener could go at anytime). Tony returned the next morning to install.  He wasted no time and installed the door opener.  He also took away all the old equipment and cleaned up everything.  He gave the entire door a check-up as well.  He quoted me $400 and stuck right with the quoted.  This included a new mounting bracket, new wall control, and keyless entry.  I thought the cost was very fair.  The overall experience was excellent.

Service tech showed up earlier than his appointment, was friendly and asked me to show him the problem I was having with the garage door, I showed the issue with the broken wheels and the difficulty I was having with the garage door, he then went over the repairs and cost and after approving both he repaired the garage and it works great.

Tony made a trip to Sunsites/Pearce, Az from Hereford, AZ to give us an estimate on what needed to be done to fix the garage door charging $80.00 (for mileage, very reasonable). He got right back to us sending us an estimate on replacing the door. He than got in contact with our renters to see when it would be convenient and worked with them. Made a date and was there on time and did a great job. He did not charge us mileage when he did the job which we appreciated. I would certainly recommend Tony for doing this type of job.

Tony was punctual, accurate, and reliable. I would absolutely use Westover Garage doors again. They did a fantastic job and there were no surprises.
