The work took about 4 hours as he carried no spare parts and had to go to a hardware store whenever a part, such as a washer, was needed. The next morning we noticed leaks under both sinks. We called him to report leaks on the work he had done on the utility and kitchen sinks. We had to call him several times before he showed up to fix the leaks. He checked and told us he had to purchase some parts and would be back the next day to finish the job. He never showed up and despite us leaving multiple messages he never even returned our calls. In his defense, his wife took ill during this time but that does not excuse his not returning our calls. We found out he was doing other jobs during this time frame and decided he was just ignoring us. Having no other choice we called another plumber who fixed the lelaks. That put us out another $140.00. I don't ever want to deal with that company again.
