The owner is very pleasant and brought a couple workers to dig the holes.
My issue is what I received for the cost and the fact that they did not offer to help finish the job to make it look complete. Since I could have purchased the size and quality at Walmart, Home Depot, etc., for less than half the charge, I think a $400 labor charge was way too high. The job still doesn't look complete since a couple plants were placed beyond the initial flower bed along the wall on each side, at the recommendation of the landscaper. They are planted in deco rock outside of the bed, which the landscaper did not move or even offer to move the rock to complete the bed.
