Recently, Technician Eric Rodriguez arrived and provided termite treatment just above the baseboards of the interior of the home. He was friendly, professional and efficient, completing the work in about an hour. All drilled holes were filled and hardly noticeable. My experiences over the years with all the scheduled services from this Truly Nolen have been exceptional, to include the monthly pest control service we get!

It was okay. I went with them because the previous home owner had a contract with them and they had to do a follow-up. If I remember correctly, they were difficult to get hold of.

They charged 1500 for rat rtemoval and exclusion and placed wire over all the roof vents but they would not go any further and I had to cut into the ceiling and place rat traps which caught 24 rats in 18 months, then, when I found the source of the rats in the garden and common area they wanted another fee out and remove the middens. I ended up sticking road flares down the rat holes and after a couple of applications of this the rats are no longer around. Good riddance to both rats and Triuly Nolen.

Great, I have a contract with them for pest control and have had for a number of years. There is very seldom a bug in my house. They are consistently on time and do a through job. They answer questions, do additional work when needed and come back if you need them too. I recommend them 100%. Very happy with their service.
