Jimmy Moreno was very professional as he answered my numerous questions about the materials used and the process involved. He even brought over samples for me to view and actually helped me pick out the type of color variations I was looking for by comparing it to other roofs in the neighborhood to get the just the right colors that I was looking for in a roof. He worked diligently to schedule per my request and was very considerate of the neighbors about noise and work hours. In spite of the excessive heat, workers came and worked early and always cleaned up the work area and made sure gates were secure when they left. All of the edges were sealed and even he even brought some rolled roofing to make sure the roof was sealed near a flat spot where two peaks meet. Getting a new roof is something I have only done once before, and because of the expense, I wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Besides, he was recommended by a fellow contractor. It was a blessing to have him work on my home. Also, Elizabeth Moreno answered all of my emails quickly and provided me with any paperwork I needed, even with my hectic schedule. I am a very happy customer!

He never contacted our AC company, and we never heard from him regarding a new roof estimate.  Over the last 10 or so months, he has patched our roof 3 times, always in the same place (above the area where rain has been leaking in our kitchen).  He never looked at the rest of the roof to see if the leak could have originated elsewhere and traveled to the spot where he patched.  None of his patches fixed the leak.  Also, his response to our calls  took days or didn't happen at all, and we would have to call him more than once before we could actually talk to him.  On the good side, he is a very nice man.  Just a poor businessman and one who doesn't seem to know what he is doing.

Excellent. Work was done in a timely and quality manner, with no coating overdrip and everything cleaned up during and after the process. Jimmy and Joshua were responsive to our concerns and kept us informed. Also provided a 3-year warranty. So we aren't hesitant to use them in the future and to recommend them to others here in GV.

It went very well. They gave me a quote, then came out to get shingle samples and repaired the roof the following day.
I was very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of work.
I will use Trinity again for roofing issues.

When we purchased this house, in the course of the inspection the inspector found that the roof needed to be cleaned and re-coated.Our realtor contacted the out-of-state seller who agreed to pay for the work. In the meantime, we had to return to our place in Washington, so the realtor contacted Trinity Roofing to do the job, at a cost of approximately $900.00. That summer during monsoon season, our home-watch person called and informed us that the roof had leaked and we had water damage in our living room. I asked him to contact Trinity Roofing, which he did, and someone came to the house but said it was not because of work they had done, but the water had blown up through the scuppers. When we returned, however, we had a handyman friend check up on the roof and he reported that the roof had evidently not been cleaned before being coated because the coating was all peeling off. Of course, we had no recourse with Trinity because we were not the ones who had paid for the job. Finally, after spending nearly $2000 for more work with a different roofing company, we have had no more leaks. I assume that Trinity did a sloppy job because they knew the seller wouldn't be complaining and we, the buyers, had no recourse. I feel they were dishonest in their dealings.
Response from Trinity Roofing Co LLC
"We offer a 3 year coating warranty on the roof not the owner, it does not matter who owns it. If you would have called us within the 3 year warranty we would have taken care of the issues under warranty. All roofs coated by us are power washed prior to having maintenance done and coated. Typically roofs should be coated every 3-5 years."

The day they installed the felt, we had a thunderstorm and the water came pouring through! The roof has leaked almost every year since. The good news is the contractor sees that Trinity Roofing repairs the damage. We have had three areas where dry rot damage had to be replaced. I have made several additional repairs due to poor quality installation of the felt. Over all it is a sloppy, poor quality job! Other issues include, excessive exposure that required resetting the tiles on part of the roof. There probably should have been a additional row of tiles installed. Roofer did not know know the correct size of lumber for the ridge material. Subcontractor that installed the tiles damaged the felt, which caused leaks; tiles cut for the valleys are not straight; sheeting in some valleys does not extent beyond edge of roof that has caused dry rot; felt not carried over the edge of the roof -- potentially may result in more dry rot; and other such construction problems.

We called and the owner came out promptly and inspected the roof. He told us our roof was in good shape overall, but showed us photos he took on the roof of the buildup area near the scuppers. These are the areas where we have had leak problems. We also asked him about a skylight issue we were having and he referred us to Skylights Plus and said they were better equipped to handle that problem. Jim provided us with an estimate via e-mail within a week and we scheduled the work. They did the work and left absolutely no mess afterward. We were very pleased with their service. Hopefully, when the monsoons come, we will not have any leaking.

My mother was moving out of her house in Green Valley and in order to sell the house, we needed to have the roof recoated. My first contact was Monica, who answers the phone. In all my communications with her, she has been courteous and knowledgeable, can put her finger on any information I've asked for, including dates of service, and even recognized my name months after the work was done. Trinity Roofing gave us a reasonable price and came out exactly when they said they would. For $875, they washed the roof, sealed all areas of possible penetration, applied one coat of roof coating - two where it had peeled off previously, cleaned the work area and removed all of the debris. The men were professional and courteous. They had told my mother that 3 of her skylights were cracked and offered to replace them for $195 additional. For some reason, she did not have that done and later, we realized that we had to have it done for the sale of the house. I called Monica and although the skylights were bid with the idea that they would be up on the roof with the equipment anyway, they graciously agreed to do the job for the price they originally bid it at and it was done with the same quality and promptness. Subsequent to an offer on the house, the inspector found cracks between the chimney and the parapet wall (not intended to be part Trinity's job) for $125 and recoated some areas where standing water had caused some of the roof coating to peel. Trinity came out promptly and sealed the chimney for $125 and recoated peeled areas and evened some areas of the roof so that standing water would be unlikely to cause the same problem. The latter work was covered under their warrantee. Overall, this company was a pleasure to work with and even though the house was empty when much of the work was done, I didn't have to go to Green Valley for any of it.
