QUAIL CREEK RESORT COMMUNITY

They are one of the active adult retirement communities. The organization that has been building this community is called Robson. We have been very pleased with the service that we have gotten from them. They have excellent follow up on anything that doesn't get done correctly when the house is being built. They provide excellent customer service. We had to pay them nothing as it was all covered under the original contract. If there was something that was not right they would get a responsible contractor to take care of it. It would all be taken care of free of charge. It is very nice. I think their responsiveness is great. They call us back to deal with all sorts of issues. They monitor their calls and follow up on the e-mails to make sure that things get done. They just have a good system in place to make sure that things get taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.
