We've used Preferred for over five years. We've referred a number of friends and neighbors to Kevin. Preferred regularly looks beyond the obvious and takes initiative. Easy to work with and just generally real decent people. Outdoor ant problems: they traced the ant trails backward to find the nests and treated those. Told us about the laws protecting bats and gave us some specific, legal suggestions (that have worked well.) they are dependable and do exactly what they say they will. They went up on the roof to check for wasps after the A/C service company reported seeing some . . . they treated and took care of the problem. I really like that they're local.

Not good. I decided not to use his service due to;
Missed appointments
Poor response to phone messages, takes days to return our calls
No live phone answers, always answered by voice mail
Became "defensive" when I questioned these issues.
