Called first thing Monday morning. Pete came same day and looked at fridge, had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 1/2 hour. $195 - better tan a new fridge and is still working fine.

They aren't going to get a good critique. At the beginning, he was great. As far as executing and following through, it was an F throughout the rest of the service.

I called Pete's Refrigeration mostly because they are practically around the corner from where I live. A very nice woman answeredthe phone and said they could have someone out the next afternoon, which was perfect timing for me.
He was on time - actually they called and asked if I was available for him to come early, and I was - and got right to work. He asked a few questions, took off the innards panel of the dishwasher and get the water flowing again. He also gave me a tip on how to keep this problem from happening again. There are alot of minerals in water here and he suggested running a cycle every couple of months with a strong vinegar solution to keep the minerals from building up.
