Contacting Patrick as the Realtor to show us several listings that we had previously found online, proved to be a very wise decision and we can highly recommend him to help you as you search for your next home.
For our situation, my daughter and I were coming from out of state for four or five days to look at properties for me. Since we had a limited amount of time to accomplish the search, it was necessary to spend long stretches of time each day getting into properties and, once there, having the freedom to not be rushed through the process. He recognized that we needed time to focus on the individual features of each of the houses, make note of pros & cons, determine what work might need to be done, etc.
At every stage in our house hunt, Patrick was:
Available and responsive -- a call to him or email sent was answered promptly and our questions and concerns were answered and explained
Attentive/Understanding - he not only listened to what we stated we were looking for in a property, he demonstrated that he understood by showing us additional properties with those items/features
Knowledgeable (and willing to share his knowledge) - Patrick was able to provide specific and helpful information that we could utilize in making a decision on whether to even consider a certain property (ex. If we felt a property needed updating in certain rooms, he was able to give us sound and realistic estimates on the timeframe and estimates on costs for what we were considering)
Efficient - he knows his business thoroughly and he and his team can move the paperwork process, etc. along in a timely manner
