Manicures/Nails
Walk-in service. I asked first if they had time for a pedicure and they said 'yes' even though all staff were with a client. I was seated at the pedicure station within 5 minutes to soak and was told that the girl who was giving a pedicure to a lady next to me was almost done. The water was way to hot (I told them that, they turned down heater) and then sat waiting for 45 minutes before the staff member finished up. The pedicure was awful! (Polish peeled within a week). My pedicure took a very long time. The girl never even spoke to me. No apology from the staff for the delay. The facility also needs better ventilation. The chemical smell was horrible. I will never go back and don't recommend.
