"Actually, the oil change is only $36.35. With that cost you get a FREE electrical systems analysis (We check your Battery, Alternator and starter for any potential problems). We also give a 68 point vehicle inspection and a free tire rotation. All this is done to find any potential problems that could leave you stranded. If they were not able to identify the problem, there was no charge. They have quick access and delivery of parts to complete repairs. A clear explanation is given regarding all work done. The printed bill itemizes all charges. The staff are experienced, and very competent. You are offered a ride to and from home if you choose not to wait for service to be completed. They take precautions to protect all surfaces of the car from dirt or damage. I trust them COMPLETELY.

My wife's car had a dead battery. AAA jumped started the car and she took it to Jeff's Total Performance. They charged $115 to install a $60 battery in 15 minutes. In addition, they did not honor theri $25 coupon for a first time customer.

"I'm sorry the coupon value was not properly explained to you, but here is how it works. The $25 coupon is designed to give the client that gave you the coupon the $25. Now that you have been here you can get the $25 by giving it to someone that needs repairs. (That have not been to our shop). When they bring the coupon in, we send you the $25. We charged you $9.50 to install the battery and $99.42 for the battery itself. These are not your Cheapo Wal-Mart brand batteries. They are Deka batteries. They are made by East Penn. Since i have been using these batteries, I have had a very low failure rate compared to the cheaper batteries."
