+ 0 moreIf they were not able to identify the problem, there was no charge. They have quick access and delivery of parts to complete repairs. A clear explanation is given regarding all work done. The printed bill itemizes all charges. The staff are experienced, and very competent. You are offered a ride to and from home if you choose not to wait for service to be completed. They take precautions to protect all surfaces of the car from dirt or damage. I trust them COMPLETELY.

+ -1 moreMy wife's car died due to a dead battery. After AAA jump started her car, she went to Jeff's Total Performance. They charged her $115 to install a $60 battery. The installation took 15 minutes. In addition, they would not honor their $25 coupon for a new customer.
