Green Valley Cooling & Heating

I had the company do the annual service a few times and had no issues, the technicians are always good. That was until I had issues with a mini split that they installed. In 3 years, I?ve had 4 water pumps needing to be replaced, 5 service calls, leaking, and the same issues multiple times a year. Over the phone they began lying about warranty and adding extra charges, then when you would you would call them out on their lie or ask if this is normal they would deflect and say that?s not their department. They say they will look into something or have a supervisor call but yet they never do. They sell products to make quick money and don?t honor warranty or their work. Save your sanity, go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Everything from start to finish was excellent. From Kimberly on the phone and working behind the scenes, Kyle checking out the system, explaining the differences between the systems to me, to Pat B and Robert K removing and installing the systems. It is not an easy task to do that kind of work in that extreme heat in an attic all day. Thank you everyone for making my home livable again for these Arizona Summers!

Alex called within 10 minutes of arriving. He replaced the blower motor on one unit and cleaned the rotor on both units. He was very personable and explained each repair in detail. I am very pleased as being a bronze customer and the very fast appointment was made for me when our one unit stopped working because of bad bearings in the motor.

I was very impressed with the response time when my unit went out. The service technician was able to fix the problem but suggested I start looking for a new unit. The next day a salesman was there giving me options for the size of my house. He explained my old unit was too big for my house and I would not need one as big if I replaced. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The gentlemen who installed my new unit were courteous, prompt, and left the area very clean. They explained to me what they had done before leaving. The follow up was outstanding from everyone. I would highly recommend Green Valley Cooling and Heating to anyone.

Green Valley Cooling and Heating is a very professional company. I have been using them for years for service and and they are always timely and compete with their work. The staff is knowledgeable of the product and the cooling and heating business. The installation of the new system was completed on time and was top quality. They had specialist for each portion of the installation. Erick the consultant designed the best system for our needs stayed involved throughout the project. The installers and quality control also did a outstanding job with the system and reducing our leakage in the duct work. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Green Valley Cooling & Heating! From the very first contact to the very last, they exceeded our expectations. Their salesperson, Tim, inspected our property, explained in detail what the problems were, what to expect, options, financial choices, rebates, and more. He followed up with us several times to ensure that all our questions were answered. The day before installation, one of our technicians, Tyler, called to ensure that we were aware that they would arrive at the house at 5am and confirmed that they would wear masks and gloves, since we have health concerns during the pandemic. The next morning, at 5am on the button, Tyler called to let us know that he and his colleague Mustafa had arrived. They got to work immediately, worked diligently despite the 100+-degree temperature, and left at about 4pm with everything working beautifully, the area cleaned, and a professional conversation. After a wonderful, cool night (!) of A/C, QA Supervisor Erik arrived (again, exactly on time) to inspect the work and ensured that everything was completed to Green Valley's standards. They handled everything for us, including ensuring that we received a TEP rebate. As part of the package, they will regularly service the unit, and we look forward to having them come out. Green Valley is professional, detailed, clean and kind. We would not hesitate to hire them again!

Very well. I research several companies before selecting. Bob was patient and knowledgeable answering our questions. He came to our house twice and talked with us on the phone. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful. They believe in the product they sell and the company they work for.

Tim, Benny, Josh and Erik all did their jobs in a timely & professional manor. Regarding our recent purchase & installation of a new Bryant HVAC system, we were very pleased with the performance of everybody at Green Valley Cooling & Heating.

Everything went well. They were the lowest price, even when including several Tucson vendors in the bid process. They were also the most professional in their presentation and answering of questions. They took care of all incentives, rebates and permits and provided me with copies of all when completed. Work was done in a timely and efficient manner. Follow up after the installation was as promised. So far the new A/C is handling the 110+ degree summer heat fine.

The total effort from beginning to end was exceptional! Could not be more satisfied with the product and the overall installation.

The cost is part of an annual contract. We have an ongoing contract with them. They do a good job. The workers are fine. They're a little bit expensive, but they do good work. It took about an hour to complete the job.

We have a contract with them, so no extra charge for calling out twice, but unfortunately they added refrigerant twice, and charged us both times even though it was their fault they didn't find the cause for the leak until the second time. A call from my husband finally cleared up the double charge, and they reimbursed us the difference, so we went ahead and renewed our contract on our second house.

They're pretty good and it was fine..  It usually takes about 45 minutes.  They do all three of our houses.

Just outstanding service from beginning to end. No high pressure sales from Bob. Options discussed, prices discussed. Placed the order. Products were delivered on time. Installers Rob and Tyler explained the process, they worked efficiently and the install went much quicker than I anticipated. Site was clean when work was done. Follow up done with good report. Have been a satisfied customer for years with GV Cooling and Heating and they have always at least met if not exceeded expectations.

Outstanding job. Even though I questioned the need for the technician to climb into the attic in the middle of June at 2 PM during one of the hottest days of the year.
