The gentleman that owns the company, Tim, did a very thorough and made a very thorough report. One thing that he did not have was pictures of defects. He explained them all to me as well as the homeowner. I had him come back and recheck things and he was very thorough with that. I think that the price was reasonable for home inspections. He was timely. He was reasonably priced for the service that he gave me.
