They came out very efficient, checked out everything, and were very helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He took care of some minor things while doing the inspection.

No complaints what so ever. I like that the report they give you on-site has pictures of the problems. Especially with the roof issues. They carry a camera and a PDA and walk around doing the report. Once they finished, they go in the van and print the report. Unlike my last home inspection in Portland were the inspector used carbon copy paper and no pictures.
