Angelina was EXCEPTIONAL (in an age when unfortunately people just rush and cut corners). She came out next morning and had report in my email within a few hours. She was punctual, amazingly thorough, took the time needed to do the job right. When I called, I had a particular concern about the possibility of a rare old electrical practice of installing “single strand aluminum” wiring in mobile homes, which is a fire hazard and needs to be replaced and brought up to code. She immediately knew what it was and its implications. We actually DID find this relatively rare problem in a mobile home I was planning on buying!! She saved me the problem of possibly getting into a dangerous, expensive situation. If I purchase the home it will be with consideration of adjusting the price to deduct for the necessary repairs. She was a life-saver… possibly literally!! She spent a good deal of time under the mobile home, something inspectors don’t like to do, and some just won’t. Just shine a flashlight on it… She went through item by item of the numerous “defects”, and explained how to repair, what I could safely do myself with my fiancé and what would need a professional. She gave tips on doing the small repairs right, some of which if not maintained correctly could result in real problems, and expensive ones! Moreover, she was extremely competent and clearly loves what she does. Whenever I see an overly “gushing” review, I think it’s probably a friend or relative. But I never spoke to Angelina before this week and I’m thrilled to be able to gush for her! She’s a beautiful young professional, clearly well educated in her field, and ready to work hard to build her business. I would heartily recommend her, and frankly, as I told her, love seeing someone like her doing this job and breaking stereotypes!! She’s an Inspector Superhero if you ask me! ?
