Fine the first Month. As many do we have 5 children teens who throw pool parties. Xpress pool service complains if there is toys in pool, given they charge quite a bit for chemicals in the last month and its been cold and no one has been in our pool. The person they send out does not always come because on more than one occasion I had to take a photo before I left to work and when I came home found it was the same way and when I call them to tell them they say he did come as if I was lying. They also leaving equipment on my back yard table and I called them to let them know this and insist their people would not leave anything. I also have photos of this. I have never worked with a company who is so unprofessional. Would not use them or referral anyone to them.

"We cancelled service with you due two very important reasons. The first was your account was delinquent on 5 of 8 months. The final month, we tried reaching you via email, phone and finally knocking on your door to receive payment. The second reason was the apparent lack of concern over the pool toys left in the pool. I was personally at the pool the first time this occurred. The pool vacuum was non-operational due to 8 glow sticks that were jammed inside. My service tech also scooped another 2 dozen glow sticks from the bottom of the pool along with an excessive amount of yard debris due to the pool vac being clogged. I personally walked around your yard, gathering up another 20 glow sticks and put them in your trash can. There were pool noodles lodged in the skimmer preventing proper skimming and water flow. On the next visit, we had to hand vacuum the pool due to more glow sticks lodged in the vacuum. The service visit after that, there was so little suction that it took our tech over an hour to hand vacuum the pool. The excessive amount of glow sticks had clogged the suction line. When we initially brought this to your attention, the response was very dismissive. We have log sheets and a timer card that prove our services were performed as agreed upon. The vacuum head was left behind on accident, but also proof that we had been there that day. Your pool was messy due to the cleaning system being unable to function because the glow sticks clogged the suction line. Your pricing was on an agreed upon cost plus chemicals. Your invoices reflect a heavily-used pool. There are two charges to hand vacuum the pool. Ultimately, the primary reason we cancelled service with you was the excessive delinquencies in payment. We received no feed-back from you until we tried collecting payment, then it was to blame us for over reacting over some pool toys. Those toys could have ruined your equipment, burning up the pump if it ran dry. We take that very seriously!"

Couldn't have gone better as far as I'm concerned. I called and left a message. He responded within 12 hours and was at my house in the morning getting things under control. He replaced all of my broken pool tools and had the pool ready for fun in 24 hours. He really seemed knowledgeable. He didn't try to tell me he had to do a drain the pool to make things right like my ex- pool serviced tried several times at $300 to $400 a shot.

It has worked out really well. I have a contract with them. I pay them monthly but they come out every week. Their price is fair. They are honest and they do a good job. Pat is great to work with. He is the one that I deal with mostly but I am not sure if he has another technician that shows up while I am gone to clean the pool. When I have issues, I call Pat and he is always great to work with. He is absolutely able to answer any questions that I have. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

my pool was in bad shape needed an acid wash also it turns out I had black algae growing in some spots.
so needed to be chlorine wash.
they have did an excellent job my pool never looked better even when it was new.
I have also hire them for the weekly maintenance

- love this pool service this is a home i just purchased and did not know anything about pools he explained everything in detail and had great patience with all my questions pop ups did not work, filter had broken parts and badly need new filters he fixed everything and will do the monthly maintenance on the pool this is the company that you feel is trust worthy and will treat your pool as it is his own

WHAT LIFE SAVER!!!
I called Pat in a panic, my home had been purchased, and I needed pool repairs quickly to meet inspection requirements. I called Pat on a friday late morning.... WOW, he not only responded to me very quickly, but was able to see me and do the repairs the same day.
I can't say enough good things about how much this helped me. He was on the spot with what I needed, did the repairs, and gave me a price that was well under my anticipated costs.
I would and will recommend him to everyone I know.. Great to have found him on Angie's List!!!

. Pat did an excellent job of thinking through our unusual and rather complex set of pipes and equipment. He is honest and fair with his pricing. He recommended that we switch to a different sanitizer system that is more common but I am committed to using as little chlorine as possible. Pat was on time and very professional. I have used him in the past to repair things and he did a great job and was efficient. I chose a different company to do this work and was sorry i did. I will go back to Pat.
