My best car maintenance experience ever! In and out in 45 minutes with complete service and a safety check. The staff are courteous and friendly, the waiting room is unique and comfortable and the upfront pricing is accurate. I even got a recommendation for future service needs with absolutely no pressure. What a great place! I thought places like this didn't exist anymore. Highly recommend.

Professional and courteous counter assistance and technicians well trained. Superior service and they have received many recognition's and awards. We were more than happy. Our vehicle passed emissions without a hitch, for which we are extremely grateful! We've used Wilhelm Automotive in the past and would highly recommend them to anybody. If there were a way to rate them above an "A" they would receive it. Wilhelm has always gone above and beyond when it comes to caring for their customers. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

I requested oil change, which was within 50 miles of the 3000 mile due time.  I got a call from their service desk advising that the oil pump was leaking which would require removal of water pump and timing belt.  Water pump showed signs of past leak (crusting) and timing belt was having oil drip on it.  I said I'd like to consider it when they said it would be $1710. I'd spent $1450 in August on another major set of repairs on the 2001 161,000 mile Civic.  Wilhelm's had estimated that at $1800 so I'd checked with a dealer and gotten a better price I ascribed to parts being theirs.  I'd had the dealer repair. So 5 scant months later I was looking at another repair equivalent to a down payment: the trigger i'd told myself for considering buying rather than repairing. This although dealer and Wilhelm said the car would run another 100,000 miles when I'd been in in August.
So I called back and asked that they complete the oil change and tell me how safe I was driving with the pump leak.  They said I could do it within a month, as I contemplated my next step. When I went in, they were very professional and understanding of the fact that I was considering whether it was time to cut loose on the car.
In the end someone else got a Civic that still deliver 38 mpg in ordinary suburban driving and 45 on the highway. They get kudos for being honest, knowing they will see less of me and my repair costs for a couple years with a new car.  Definitely trust their work.

I went to another shop, Greuich's in Goodyear. Great job for $139. No problems and cool again.

Cody was great. He made no assumptions about the dmages. He worked throu methodically to repair everyhtin g that was a problem without doing any unneeded work.

When my tire blew out on my 2010 Mazda 3 I decided to take it to Wilhelm rather then head down to the dealership. I called ahead of time to ask if I needed an appointment and Cody answered and informed me that they would order my specific tire from the dealership and I could head down later that day to get it fixed. Since I was in no rush to get it done I made an appointment for the following day. Upon entering I was greeted with a friendly smile and they started on my car immediately while I took a seat on the couches. When they finished with my car they gave me recommendations as to what my car may need in the coming future, it was not the pushy or upselling type of reccommedations that you get at most auto shops but rather the suggestive type to inform me of possible repairs. The service is excellent and the prices are affordable, once you head down to Wilhelm you will never look for another auto shop again!

I had taken my car to a local dealership for service on 2 recalls. While there they inspected to car and told me that the brakes needed to be serviced (which I suspected) at a cost of approximately $1700. I thought I needed to do some due diligence before parting with that much cash, so I checked Angie's List as well as asked neighbors about their experiences. I called Wilhelms Automotive and asked what a brake inspection would cost and got the answer I was looking for - $0! There estimate came back at less than half of the Toyota dealership estimate. I found them to be very friendly and professional. The waiting room is very clean. However, since my work was going to take a few hours, they offered to shuttle me home. I thought this was great. I was actually able to get some things done at home instead of killing time at the shop. The work was done quickly and my car is driving great. I am happy with the work done, and will use them again.

They are fantastic and wonderful! They are very honest and reasonably priced. They are up front about what they are going to do and there are no hidden costs. I wouldn't't take my car anywhere else. They offer a discount that if you bring in any pet food item, they offer 15% off. I really like how they have that connection with the community. I think that they really go above and beyond.
