Had this company for close to 8 years. The first several years were great, however the past 2 to 3 years the service went continuously downhill. I have found a new service.

Fixed the job for me and I have hired them as my landscapers to fix my front yard and add some trees

They did a good job  and were easy to work with. The crews were very professional and took pride in their work. If I have a suggestion, it would be to improve communications both with their crews, subcontractors, and the customer. That weakness could be the source for some of the negative reviews here. I would recommend them.

They do a great job and are a pleasure to work with.

They come all the time but I just feel I'm paying too much for the service. We were down there recently and our contract stated that we wanted the hedges trimmed and things like that and they weren't done and my husband is currently down there and they still haven't been done. They are to come every Monday. Maybe it's just a miss-communication that they expected us to call them and tell them what we wanted them to do. I just thought that because we're in Canada all these things would be taken care of as a need kind of basis. SO I know my husband is going to be talking to them and saying, "We're paying you a lot of money an these things that we need you to do they're not getting done." There's not a lot of grass in the back yard, just a grass patch and it's like a dessert some dry patches, cactuses and shrubs, so we're paying $200 a month for what? Just to cut a little bit of lawn? So we're kind of evaluating whether or not to continue with these services because the shrubs are not being cut. So maybe we need to look at someone having to come in and do that every couple of months.

They are very quick to respond, flexible with what you want and able exactly what you are looking for.

They were awesome. They even did things that I hadn't asked them to do and they didn't charge me any additional. They did an awesome job. I wasn't even there. They knew what I wanted done and they showed up, did it. It was really a great deal. They did the whole front yard and then they went at the back and took out trash that had blown in but that wasn't included. They gave me some advice on my trees and things like that. They are really a good company. They do my neighbor and they do an excellent job every time they go by.
