We had a great experience. My torsion spring broke and I found and called Palm Valley Garage Doors. It was late in the afternoon, but as luck would have it Dave was able to come by in less than an hour and perform the repair. He also lubricated everything and repaired a few brackets that had come loose at the bottom of the door. He was quick, pleasant to deal with, and the price seemed reasonable.
