The men who came from Martin Refrigeration were very conscientious and honest. They were also personable, skilled, and they answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with their professional attitude.

Terrible! I was referred to this company through my home warranty company. The tech came out and did a thorough check of my air conditioning unit because it was literally freezing up, and then not cooling. He said the problem was a leak of Freon in the air handler and that it would probably have to be replaced. He said that he would call me the next day after talking to his boss about what needed to be done. He never called. I finally called them the following week and was told that they would check on the order and the tech and call me back. Once again, they did not call back. I called First American and they called Martin's who then called me to say they were still trying to talk to the tech and, again, they never called back. I called them once more and, again, was told that they were looking into it and, alas, no return call. Finally, another company called to say that First American had referred them to me for a second opinion and I never heard from Martin's again.

Experience with Martin Refrigeration was excellent from start to finish.
