Our architect recommended this company to make the Boundary and Topography Survey, some call it Land Survey on our one acre lot in Goodyear, AZ. Our architect recommended them because they did a good job in this area before where HOA and the City of Goodyear wouldn't have any problems with. Since our plans are not submitted yet, I am not able to confirm the acceptance of HOA and Goodyear yet, but at the same time I didn't hear anything from them, so I guess it's a good sign. The company was punctual, even that it took them a little longer to submit the proposal, but when the proposal came and we've accepted it, everything worked out fast and smooth. The price was exactly the same as on the proposal. We will use this company again in the future for work on preparing grading and drainage plan. The proposal for that work is $ 2000.
