Great salesman but, check there work before and after cuz i promise you will not get what you think you got. they were the cheapest but make sure you understand how much is need for your job and make sure you count how many bags get blown in. I'm sure the good reviews on here didn't check the job afterwards. as long as you understand you need to check his work then there ok to hire. they did at lease come back and fix my job but continued to lie. telling me he didn't personally try to screws us rather then just excepting the fact he got caught. keep a eye on there work and youll be ok.

Bryan showed up to give me a quote. I told him what I needed he walked through what the plan was . I stupidly believed him and excepted his quote for 1900 and change. They were late , I had an appointment at 1500 they showed up at 1300 to do 3 walls and my attic. To say the least I didn't get what I was promised. So I complained they came back refused to listen to me the lack of Insulation in my mother in law's rooms, made repeated excuses of why I didn't have enough insulation in places. Supposedly re- insullated one wall and one part of my attic refunded 125 dollars and thought he was doing me a favor by doing so. They didn't bring a ladder either time, the holes they cut and patched in my ceiling looked like a third grader did them. I really believe they are frauds. If you had work done by them you might want to look for yourself at the job they claimed to do

I guess the job was ok. I'll tell you when I get my power/heat bill. Based on what they told me on the phone before they showed up, I expected a bill for about $600-700. Gave me a bill for $1,945.68. After getting over the shock and arguing settled for $800.00. They certainly were not up front about the pricing and seemed to try to get me to pay whatever they could get out of me. I'm in my 80's but I am not stupid yet. Acted like they were doing me a big favor by adjusting bill to a reasonable amount.

Brian came by and gave a quote to my husband, which was acceptable. They were scheduled for Friday at 8am. They didn't show, they didn't call. On Tuesday the next week I finally got a call saying they had transmission problems with the truck, oh and btw the tech didn't have your number. That was odd since all of my contact information was on the estimate. Against my better judgement, we had them do the job, as we were on a tight timeline. The father (Brian's dad) showed up with an employee. As they were working I asked if they did "dense pack?" The answer was "Yes, we pack it in." As they were working, I went out to watch. No way it was dense pack, which means putting the hose right into the wall and letting it fill. (Lots of videos on YouTube about it.) I said "Hang on, this is not dense pack." The response was, "Well, it's how we do it." When my husband went out to see, they put their hands in the holes to push the insulation down. That doesn't cut it as dense pack. They finished the job, but forgot to do the part over the garage door, which faces West and gets afternoon sun. Brian came back the next day and said his Dad told him it was all wood up there and couldn't be insulated. My husband climbed on a stepladder and put a hole in the drywall with screwdriver. There was in fact space to be filled with insulation all across the front of the garage. They did complete the job then. Brian admitted he had gone hunting on day our job was scheduled, and the whole weekend. Supposedly, the Dad didn't have my number. I asked Brian about "dense fill," and he admitted he didn't know what it is! While I'm not an expert, or a contractor, or claim to really know anything about insulation, but I did watch some YouTube videos about it after they did not show up. Had I seen these videos before I would have made sure it was exactly what I got. So, the job is done and since it is November in AZ. Time will tell if the insulation is effective and sufficient for an Arizona summer. Thankfully, we have added a nice strong AC, so hopefully it will work out.

The whole process was professional, yet friendly. Brian (Kallie's dad) arrived with his assistant right on the dot and proceeded to get to work immediately. They were so friendly and experienced. It was an easy process and thanks to them, we look forward to some improved utility bills!

Bryan added blown fiberglass insulation into our attic.  He was very attentive to detail and cleaned up after he completed the job.  And the price was right!

They provided excellent service. They are so nice and have such good prices compared to others. They are very helpful. They did a fantastic job and even did the 2x4s. We checked out the job when they were done, and we were very pleased with how well they did and how thick the insulation was put on.
