I got them off Angie's List and it was really good. They are efficient and quick. They were fast and they did their job.

They did a fantastic job. The job took three days and the back splash is beautiful
I was concerned about the window area and I did not have any wood trim the area around the window was curved.
They installed the tiles, on the inside of the window area and made a sill out of the tiles. I now can stand things in the window. I do have to trim my blinds as the glass tiles added about 1/2 inch so the blinds are now too big for the bottom 18and quot; or so.
Minor issue.
Love the tiles and have received many compliments on it.

They were very helpful. They were easygoing and they even let me take a sample home. I didn't have to pay the sample. The owner was very nice.

We were very happy with the Floors West Team. Vicente was courteous, responsive, and communicated very well with us. His team had great attention to detail, and did a fabulous job. There was only one point of contention throughout the process -- we insisted on using a cement backerboard for the shower instead of an alternative (and cheaper) method proposed by Vicente; however, he was happy to accommodate us and made sure we were completely satisfied before sending us the final invoice. We are quite happy with the results, and wouldn't hesitate to call Vicente's team again.
