Top notch. Mo was very professional and honest and worked safely in a very dangerous piece of work.

F & J Garage Door Service is a GODSEND!! Although I called quite late in the afternoon, I was greeted by a friendly, calm and empathetic representative who listened to my concerns, answered my questions, identified probable causes of my lethargic garage door and reassured me that all could be taken care of within a few hours or on another day of my availability. I opted for this evening (1/9/2020) and was informed a Technician would contact me within a reasonable period of time when he was on his way to my home. Trey, the Technician arrived within 75 minutes from my initial call and explained what he would be doing got right to work. I found Trey to be quite courteous, competent and efficient while providing fantastic customer service. Thank You F & J Garage Door Service for putting me at ease and coming to my rescue!!

Excellent job! Fernando was fast, efficient and friendly. He came on time, finished when he said he would and was an all-around nice guy. I rated a B for price only because the door had to be fixed at a time that the business was normally closed so there was a price premium. But, he did not gouge me. It was fair.

Everything from the call for service and completion of the job could not have gone better. Fernando worked quickly and explained what he did. We could not have asked for more.

Fernando did great work and was enjoyable to chat with while he was working. Didn't miss a beat. He knew exactly what he was doing! Jessica was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. F&J offers a very good warranty for the product as well. That's always a plus.

I had this work done on 12/04/17 and everything is still as it should be with no issues. I called Jessica first thing in the morning. I advised her that I needed my garage door spring replaced as soon as possible since I was going on vacation in a few days and could not leave the garage door being able to be opened manually. She said Fernando would squeeze me in at the end of the day and there would be no extra charge. Even though Fernando had a problem on last appointment, Jessica called me and asked if I minded if he came 30-45 minutes later than scheduled because they were aware of the urgency and did not want to push it to the next day. Fernando came as promised, even though his family was in the truck with them since he was going somewhere afterwards. He removed the spring and replaced it. He inspected the whole door mechanism (lifter, rollers, etc.) to make sure everything was in proper order. Fernando spray greased the rollers at no extra charge. Lastly, Fernando asked if I wanted him to cut off the plastic handle that was attached to the cord which if pulled places the garage door in manual door. He explained that thieves can easily access the handle from outside the garage and gain entry to the garage. Now this truly was added value. I would recommend and use F&J's Garage Door Service again. Because this happened on a Friday night, everyone was closed. I sent out emails to three different companies and was surprised to hear from F&J within 10 minutes. They were immediately empathetic and told us that they'd be out the next day to fix it. She gave us a great quote over the phone so that we knew what to expect. The next day, they stayed in touch so that we knew when to expect Fernando. Upon his arrival, he was friendly, courteous and professional. He finished quickly and inspected the rest of the garage door for safety and maintenance. We can't thank F&J for responding and fixing so quickly..., the other companies still haven't called us back. You're amazing!!

Not able to fix the light unfortunately but very pleased with service and recommendation I received. I have had this company service my garage door opener a couple of times and will continue to use them in the future. Great folks!

It was perfect. They scheduled right away and they were on time. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all of my questions and explained every step. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I checked Angie's list found F&Js and called at about 8:00 and talked to Jessica. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to and said they would be out between 10 - 12. Fernando called 20 min. before arrival. They were very pleasant, efficient and priced competitively. Fernando replaced the spring and cables and made an adjustment on the rollers on the garage door in less than 40 min. I would recommend F&Js to everyone, they are the best.....

These guys were excellent, knowledgeable, and very professional. They were able to get it fixed within 2 hours and charged us reasonably for their time to get it working again. Now it's working like a charm, and hopefully it'll stay that way for a long time. If it breaks again, these are my go-to guys now.

Work was on a rental property. All I knew was it wasn't closing. Trey arrived right on time, professionally dressed, and looked over the entire system. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do before he preformed the work, and then demonstrated the improvements afterwards. Will be using them in the future for any garage service needs. Very professional, reliable company.
