Everything went well. The units are 16+ years old and one of the motors was going out. Since parts for units this old do not come easy, we were told we could finance a new unit and the options were explained to us. This was by far the best company we have hired and I will do business with them in the future.

After inspection there were a couple non crital suggested repairs, howere the pricing by the company was rediculous. $200 to replace 2 connectors that were worn. Part would cost less than $5 and the repair time is about 5 minutes---. I would like an opportubity to make that kind of money on something where I am already at the location Needless to say I did not sign on for the repair. The inspection appeared to be thorough a review of the findings

Armando showed up promptly as scheduled, showed concern about walking on my carpets, was patient with my questions, was thorough and explained the results of the various tests he performed in a seasonal check-up of my 2 HVAC systems. He found one fan motor that needed to be replaced, and followed up with a call to the manufacturer to find out whether it was under warranty (it is). Found EfficientAir through Angie's List and will use them again.

Went great. The tech Jeff is awesome. Very professional and respectfull. They were very quick and didn't leave until after they knew everything was good. I had few problems the next few days following the install, but both Jeff and the owner Oscar were very responsive. Everything is going great with my new unit, very happy.

Very nice to deal with. I did not get up on roof to watch the service, but he was up there for awhile and then came in and dealt with anything on the inside that had to do with air conditioner(thermostat, filters, check temperature from vents). A pleasure to have such a nice person do work at my home. I believe it was a great price when checking around with different offers.
