Worked with Blue Utopia for pool spa heater replacement. Kurt took time to talk with me over details and options for several weeks before I made a decision. The final product was well priced compared to other quotes I received, and the install and quality of work was great. Would use again without question.

Scheduled appointment to troubleshoot a pool/spa heater six days in advance of agreed date/time. They never showed up or called to reschedule. Hard to give a positive rating for a ?no show?. Would never recommend this company to anyone needing a pool repair service.

"We apologized and rescheduled with you. For the inconvenience we did not charge you for a service call or for rebuilding the valve that we did that day. We did work at your property two additional times fixing your heater and misc leaks. Both of us spoke candidly about the missed appt and your review, at which point you stated it was out of frustration of other companies before us not showing up and said you would adjust your review to reflect our follow up discussions, work done at your property."

"We are sorry you feel that way. We were hired to drain your pool, we showed up when we said we would and did the work at the agreed upon price. Additionally left you with start up chems as you were doing some interior maintenance on your pool and not refilling it right away. You had some follow up questions and inquired about a small leak on your pump, gave you a fair price and timeline which you declined."
