Horribly. The plumber replaced a valve, tore up the dry wall, suggested we needed an entirely new water line, that we could tie back into a valve under our sink. The problem was just that the valve under the sink was turned off. He then charged $500 for the work that did not need to be done!

they showed up on time, called a half an hour before hand to let us know when they would be arriving. They were extremely easy to work with and very professional would definitely use them again.

The offer was for $90/hr of any pluming job but when I called Nelson the owner he wasn't happy to send a man just for one hour but I kept pointing out that was his offer, finally he agreed. His man John showed up on 1/7/16 on time, not friendly, and started the job very slow, I stayed around helping him with different things until he told me he is not comfortable with me watching him, weird! The job didn't finish in one hour and I agreed to extend to a 2nd hour, well it didn't finish at the end of the 2nd hour either, he asked me if I would go to a 3rd hour or he'd stop unfinished, I clearly replied that I don't wish to go into a third hour and will finish it myself, he didn't say anything and surprisingly continued, since he didn't like me watching him I wasn't sure if he was cleaning up or decided to be a nice guy and finish the job, he actually finish the job about 25 minutes into the third hour and I was getting nervous as to would happen nrxt. Well, he gave me a bill for 3 hours and at that time I lost my temper and we got into an argument until he finally agreed to charge only the two hours plus the small parts which he had to use......not a good day and no one deservs this type disrespectful unprofessional behavior.

Terrific!  Top quality, great communication, on-time, and an all-around professional. Had the needed parts in his truck, knew exactly what to do and finished in a little over an hour.

was very courteous, the valve was very hard to get out however he did not give up and was able to replace the valve.  cleaned up after himself no mess left behind and the price stayed what was quoted even though it took him longer due to the corrosion on the valve made it difficult to replace.

I feel they took advantage of it being a rental property that needed fixing and they came in quick and fixed it and asked for money. Period end of story, they were not very customer service oriented and I will not call them again even with an A rating.

I had an excellent experience when I had purchased a water heater from Amigo Rotor & Plumbing back in 07/13.   At the time, my current water heater was leaking and I needed someone to come to my home rather quickly to resolve the problem.  Not only was Nelson the only one who could promise that he would come to my home that same day, but he also offered the the most cost effective solution of all the companies I called.  It was all great, for Nelson was able to coordinate the installation of a replacement water heater that same day. Certainly A+ service, with complete professionalism.
On New Year's Day, I called Nelson since my water heater was not providing hot water like it should be.  He advised he would come over by the end of the day if at all possible.  Since the water heater started producing hot water again, I called Nelson and advised I no longer had an emergency and asked if he could come over the next morning instead.  He promptly arrived that next morning as promised.  Even though I had hot water, he was able to diagnose that my controller was not functioning properly.  He told me not to worry since the controller was still under warranty there would be no charge for parts or labor.  Nelson would have brought the new replacement controller that same day, but the warehouse did not have one in stock. The next day Nelson obtained one from the warehouse and installed it at my home. 
Once again, thumbs up to Nelson who keeps his word and provides superior service.  It is obvious that Amigo Rotor & Plumbing cares about its customers and will do the right thing each time.

I called Nelson at Amigo Rooter & Plumbing around 10:30 AM to advise that my water heater was leaking.  After some brief questions, Nelson assessed that it was very likely that I would require a replacement water heater.  Nelson advised that he could replace the water heater with the same brand or another.  I gave Nelson the brand and model number of the unit that was leaking.  He said he could get me the same series water heater which is now more efficient.  Nelson advised this would keep the installation costs down since I would only need a standard install since all the existing piping and water lines could be reused if they were in good condition. 
Since I could not contain the leak, Nelson promised that he would come to do my job after he finished his next job.  There was no other plumbing company that  would come to my home that same day and also replace the unit.  Nelson called me back as promised and told me he would first pick up the unit and then come to my home.  He sent ahead another gentleman to drain and remove my old water heater.  A half an hour later, Nelson arrived with my new water heater.  It was connected with any issues.  Just like Nelson said all existing piping and lines were reused.  Even the pipe that came out of the wall and angled up to the top of the unit was able to be used.  Everything I was told by Nelson was true.
Since I am a senior, I also got a discount on the unit.  The price was comparable to some other quoties I received and up to $300 less than other higher quotes.
The job was done professionally, efficiently, and as promised.  I will use Nelson and Amigo Rooter & Plumbing again for other plumbing work if the need arises.  They are honest business men who still offer excellent customer service at a fair price.

We're very happy with the new product and it's functionality. We replaced this toilet as it was a low flow toilet and the most used one in the house. Because of the low flow feature it would often get clogged. We have not had that issue with the new product which was recommended by Amigo. They have helped us with several different things over time and are always very courteous.
