We didn’t have any heating/Cooling in our house although Tom very must he got AC and parts ordered and installed very quickly before 2021 summer heat. He replies quickly and comes out taking care of warranty work and makes sure we install proper filters. He has been a life saver here in Arizona desert checks on heating working properly each year. We definitely refer people we know for him to work and install HVAC
