They're a big company and they've been around. We have a mortgage with them so we started banking with them. It's a bank and they're okay. I get pretty good advice from them.

The service is free. They are pretty fast most of the times. We have asked questions before and they don't seem to know what the other ones are doing. We got a letter one time from them a couple of months ago and we went in to ask about it, they didn't know anything about the letter. There was a guy there, so we went up to him and asked him. He knew all about it and explained it. We use their ATM a lot. They are convenient, so that's why we got them.
