They showed up and removed the trees as expected. They did leave a small mess with debree and such, which I didn't mind cleaning up. I wrongfully paid them for the job with the expectation that they would be back the following week to treat the roots chemically. This is what Brian told me he would do. The roots are why I was having the trees removed in the first place. After that, Brian would not return any calls or texts and it has been nearly a month. So Brian and Not Just Stumps did not complete the job they were hired to do. I would understand a delay since it is a busy time of year for them, but no contact is unacceptable. I would not hire them again.

The crew took out the tree, but left a big hole in the yard where the stump had been removed. They also left a pile of dirt which could easily have been used to fill in the hole. They also left a pile of debris. When I moved the debris myself a broken water line and electrical line became visible. No mention of either by the owner or the crew. The owner of the company ensured us he would come out and fill in the hole and fix the water line. Never showed up to do either. Did not return phone calls.

This was a very positive service, showed up, did the job, cleaned up and gone. Care was taken that all of the stump was completely gone so no further root damage would be done.
