 + -1 moreTriCity Furniture is a pleasant place to shop or browse. There is no pressure to purchase, you aren't followed around, and everyone is so friendly. We were warmly greeted upon entering the store, shared what our interests were and were then invited to look around. We found what. We liked fairly quickly. The matching points between the seat cushions and the body of the couch were not well aligned, but for the price, we weren't going to quibble. The owners offered to deliver everything to us but my husband got all our purchases loaded in our truck with the help of a vey nice young man. This is just a great place for durable, inexpensive furniture. The folks who own and run the store are very nice and if they don't have what you want, they will happily point you. Towards a vendor who may better serve your needs.
Description of Work: We purchased a couch, a love seat and three lamps. We have three large dogs, the smallest of whom weighs 100 lbs. They are on our furniture as much as my husband and myself. This means we have to have durable easy to clean furniture at a reasonable price. We dont expect it to last forever. This is especially true with dogs who shed and drool heavily. We want sturdy, easy care, comfortable furniture. TriCity had it. This is not your high end furniture store. It is good, solid furniture for an affordable price. The owners are always helpful and let you browse to your hearts content without following you around, pressuring you to buy. We've done business with TriCity for many years. From Uhaul rentals to bed frames, they have it all. These are not pieces your hand down to your children. They are solid pieces that will last a good 8 to 10 years. And, purchasing from TriCity won't break your wallet.

 + -1 moreIf a person wants to shop for furniture and not have a Sales person watching your every move, then this is the place to go. I was able to browse the selections at my own pace and take time to chose what I wanted. The store has a large and quot;On Handand quot; selections of just about every type of furniture a person would be looking for. There are not a lot of other Furniture stores in this area and for the price, this is the BEST buy around. I am retired and the prices in this store, fit into my Budget a lot easier than a couple of the other stores here in town. The Brand Name isand quot;Ventureand quot; and just because I have never heard of it doesn't mean it's not a quality piece of furniture.the Booklet that came with it Warranties all the moving parts and construction for ONE(1) year from date of purchase. The only and quot;Gripeand quot; I Have is that they charged me $20.00 to deliver it to me and I only live about Two Miles from the store. I feel that if you spend that amount of money in a store on ONE item, they should have delivered it for free. Over all, I rated them a and quot;Band quot; for that reason and the Professionalism of the store in that and quot;Regardless of my own desire not to have a Sales person Following me around, the fact that they did not do that tends to make me wonder how much they want to and quot;Captureand quot; sales.and quot; I will definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: I purchased a Rocker/Recliner from Tri City Furniture on 02/20/13, as my Birthday Present. This was only the Third time I have shopped there since they have been open.
