Carolyn Dalmolin also purchased land in the area. All the owners agreed on CCRs for the neighborhood. Carolyn signed the contract. The CCRs include stipulations regarding livestock, storage, and no mobile homes. Carolyn first tried to change the CCRs to include cattle because she wanted to sell her property to someone who owned them and now is attempting to change the CCRs to allow mobile homes so her daughter can put one in the neighborhood. As long as it benefits her monetarily, she attempts to change the CCRs against the wishes of the other property owners. She also is in violation of the CCRs by storing a large amount of building materials on her property. Wrappings of these materials blew away in the wind and littered the property. She is willing to reduce the property values of the others in the neighborhood if she will personally profit despite the contractual agreement. This will likely result in a law suit against her. I am extremely unhappy with her ethics in this manner and would never recommend her services.
