KWIK KOOL REFRIGERATION

We had a major problem with our ac unit and I needed certain parts to repair it. I was told Kwik Kool was the only place in town that would have the parts, so I called there about 4:20 in the afternoon and got the answering machine which said they close at 5:00. So the next day I called around 11:00 AM and still got the answering machine. To make a very long story short, I finally chased the owner down and he said that his wife closes the shop at 11 or so every day. I believe he said because it is too much overhead to stay open all day. WHAT?? Anyway he didn't have the part anyway and said he would try to get me one in Phoenix the next day. I told him I would call him about noon. I called and of course, no answer. I left a message and never got a return call. This is why I would NEVER recommend this business.
