After I had purchased the home, I saw that this inspector had not done his job thoroughly. They did not check the water valves that go into the laundry room. We had to call a plumber to fix that mistake that the inspector oversaw. The water softener had a deposit the size of a baseball on the outside. We had to replace that too. They told us that they were going to get back to us, but they did not.

OVERALL, WE WERE EXTREMELY SATISFIED BY THE HOME INSPECTION. ALL ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE OVER THE PHONE PRIOR TO US MOVING TO AZ. THEY INSPECTOR WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CREATED A VERY COMPREHENSIVE REPORT FOR US.
