They were okay.  They did an expensive job for me.  The experience was good.

When my twelve year old clothes dryer suddenly stopped working mid-cycle, I puchased a brand new higher capacity dryer, anticipating that I'd soon need to replace my old top loading washing machine as well. However within a week of using the new dryer, I was having the same problem with the new unit shutting off mid cycle leaving the clothes still damp. Since this was just too much of a coincidence, I checked the circuit breaker box and found that the breaker connected to the dryer had tripped and could not be switched back on. It hadn't occurred to me to check it before since as it turned out the dryer was the only thing connected to this particular circuit. I called and spoke with Joel at Wheeler Electric after finding him on Angie's List. He was running a little late on another job on the day he came out, but he called to give me an update of when he'd arrive. He confirmed right away that the issue was with the breaker. He had a new one on hand to replace the old one and my dryer was up and running in no time. He was very friendly and professional and I'd definitely call him again for any electrical work I need to have done.

I was satisfied with everything, but the two fixtures on either side of the garage. One of them has the motion sensor on the wrong side of the garage, so when I drive up it does not pick up the motion because it's not facing the right direction. He did a wonderful job with everything including putty around the light fixtures on either side of the garage. He even came over in the dark one night to adjust all of the fixtures outside. However, when I called him to complain about the one light fixture that wasn't turning on and off, he was blaming the fixture and not the way he attached it. He wanted $150 to come back. Consequently, I did not have him come back.

He s an older gentleman and just the nicest guy. He dealt with a very unusual problem with our electric. He went up into the attic and looked at everything and found other problems. He was very thorough and didn t leave until he had fixed everything.

VERY CAPABLE, VERY FLEXIBLE, HIS EXPERIENCE SHOWS, OTHER PEOPLE HAVE LOOKED AT THE PROBLEM & COULD NOT DETERMINE WHAT WAS WRONG. PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
