I recommend this company. I had two TVs that were acting up. The technician arrived 3 hours after I called, within the estimated time I was given. He knew what to do to fix both TVs and only charged me one service call fee although I had 2 TVs. I will definitely call them again if I have any other TV problems.

My 61" Samsung DLP TV suddenly stopped working and after a little research online it appeared my problem might be a blown lamp. It was a Saturday morning and after calling a TV repair shop in Surprise (and being told they couldn't tell me if they had the part until Monday) I called ValleyWide TV repair. It was about 8:30am and the gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful. He looked up the part number and advised they had it in stock. He recommended bringing the old lamp in so that he could test it before I purchased a new one just to be sure that was the problem. I asked what time they were open until and he stated they opened at 10am and would be there until 2pm. I hadn't realized it, but I had called the shop an hour and a half before they opened...and not only did the owner answer...but he was helpful and very pleasant.
I brought the lamp to him and it was faulty, so I purchased a new lamp as described over the phone. The lamp was a little more than what I had seen online, but not outrageous...and I had the benefit of having my old one tested first and not having to wait for it to be shipped.
The only concern I had was whether the lamp was the only issue I had with the TV. The owner said that the lamp couldn't be returned (unless it was faulty) but that he would do a diagnostic at no charge if my TV still didn't work. That sounded very reasonable and I returned home to install the lamp.
Unfortunately, the TV still didn't work with the new lamp. I was out of town for the week and unable to return to ValleyWide until the following weekend. I called around 1pm to see what time they closed and was told 2. I told them that I was about 40 minutes away with traffic and needed to load the TV into my car. They assured me it wasn't a problem if I were a little late...that they would wait.
I arrived at approximately 2:20 and they had indeed waited. They were friendly and helped me unload the TV from my car. Their techicians had left for the day but would look at the TV on Monday and give me a call. I received a call about mid day on Monday and was told that the TV appeared to be working okay. They had checked out the lamp and it appeared to be installed properly...and was working fine. They offered to do some additional diagnostics and hold the TV for a couple of days to see if things changed and I agreed that was a good idea.
They continued to test the TV and it continued to work fine so my wife went down to pick it up. They loaded it into her vehicle and didn't charge us for the additional work.
I'm not sure what was wrong with the TV when I brought it down...and honestly wouldn't have known any better if they had told me it needed some kind of unnessary repair. I can honestly say that I appreciate the service and integrity of ValleyWide repair and would do business with them/recommend them without hesitation.
They were friendly and professional throughout my dealings with them...flexible in staying late and answering any questions I had...and honest when it came to diagnosing and repairing my TV. Great Job!!!
