I initially wrote an unfavorable review of this business on 3/3/2021. I had spoken with a Monique who said she spoke with her supervisor about the situation and they were not going to change their mind about charging me an amount we did not agree on. However, today I received a call from Logan, the General Manager. She was very nice and refunded me the amount over the agreed upon amount and said she would be talking to her staff about this situation to ensure that it doesn't happen again. I appreciate the fact that she was concerned and made it right. I am sure that this situation would not happen again with future customers.

Excellent customer service. I called them to schedule an appointment. While I was on the phone they called my insurance company (State Farm) to get my policy info and approval of the windshield replacement. The whole process was completed within 10 minutes. The next day they replaced the windshield...very professional. Very easy process. Since my insurance covered it there was no out of pocket expense for me.
