Description of Work: They did the electrical work on a bathroom remodel. Specifically, they installed new switches and lighting.

 + -1 moreThey did not make sure that the remotes worked before they left. We had quite a time getting those to work properly. They didn?t balance any of the fans and basically they did not install them correctly. So we had to pay somebody else to come out to do the correction work. We had solar water heater installed and they didn?t connect the backup electrical plan to that, so we didn?t have any sunlight and we didn?t have any hot water. So, again, we had somebody else out to redo that. We also had to put 6 lights and they hadn?t marked any of them and they had instructed us.
Description of Work: They did the electrical work when we had our house built. They installed ceiling fans for me and also installed remotes for the fans.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY WHEN WE HAD A PROBLEM. THEY WERE ABLE TO DETERMINE THAT OUR PANEL WAS OUTDATED. A NEW ONE WAS REPLACED RIGHT AWAY.
