Tmac Heating & Cooling

Carlos and crew were AMAZING!  I badly needed to replace my 18-yr-old heat pump, but was worried about the cost.  Through dozens of calls and emails, Carlos educated me on everything from how HVAC systems work to the importance of adding insulation to my attic, while encouraging me to do additional research and make my own decisions.  He worked hard to find me the best deal possible on a 15-SEER Goodman electric heat pump/ a/c unit.  He also resolved my "too hot in summer, too cold in winter" bedroom problem by installing another smaller return vent.  In addition, he sealed all my existing ducts, provided me with a blueprint of my home's exact layout, and filed all the APS rebate paperwork for me.  But he went far above and beyond even those services by taking care of several smaller tasks, on his own initiative, and without charge.  While up in the attic, he removed several old boxes & other junk; he sealed all the gaps between my duct vents and the drywall; his helper did an immaculate job cleaning up my laundry room (where the attic access panel is) and even vacuumed behind my washer and dryer; he provided me with several new air filters for both the main and bedroom return vents and additional caulking for future projects; and when the crane departed after delivering the new unit, leaving large, nasty oil stains on my driveway, his team actually scrubbed the entire driveway and cleaned it with a power washer!  I've never had better service from a contractor, EVER.  I did my research and, believe me, the final cost was a screamin' deal.  Carlos' TMAC team was friendly, professional, on-time, pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, immaculate and a true example of what every contractor should aspire to.  I would hire them again without a second's hesitation.
