The drip system had stopped watering my yard. I have all desert landscaping. I just bought a new plant and discovered it was not getting watered. I found the Rain Dial Doctor website. All I had to do was ship my controller to them in one of those $6 boxes from the post office, and about three days after they received it, it was fixed. Works great now. The website tells you all the things you can check on your own (fuses, etc.) before shipping for repair. Very easy. Saved having to buy a new controller.
