Steven was very clear on my needs and gave me a full cost estimate from the start. It was an in state move bwtween Phx metro and NE Tucson area. No surprise add-on fees after arrival. The team was prompt on arrival, professional and considerate of my time and belongings. Great service and would highly recommend.

Two guys arrived on time. Went right to work, had a plan. Both very respectful to me and my things. Very stressful day, but they made it as easy as possible. Nothing lost and no breakage. They did an outstanding job!

The moving crew was very caring, professional and proficient. We have moved many times over the years and this family owned business experience was one of the best, if not the best!

There were two movers who very carefully moved my TV cabinet and stereo cabinet to the truck, secured it to the truck and covered it in plastic. The stereo cabinet was very large and the movers very carefully negotiated a â Coffin cornerâ in the staircase at the new location. Once on the second floor of the new location, the movers very carefully nudged the stereo cabinet into location desired by the new owner. I solicited three bids for the service and The Move Phoenix, LLC, was the lowest cost. I am thrilled with the reasonable cost and high quality of the service.

They were very timely, even a few minutes early. Both gentlemen were very polite, hard-working and very cooperative, we will be having two more moves and will see if we can get the same two movers. Additionally Steven the owner was great to work within coordinating everything. it is nice to know that customer service still exists with some businesses.
