TERRY'S TREE SERVICE

Terry Robb and his assistant love to cut and haul stuff out of the back yard but left the back yard littered with debris that my own yard blower could not move. He also left some tree liter in the back yard of the rental house behind us. So being disappointed to say the least on the cleanup , called Terry to return to finish the job.. no return phone call, no contact , no follow up on work.. very poor customer service. If you use him, keep him there and supervise him till the job is done properly or he won't ever come back. He should have left the yard the way he found it.

We called Terry Robb about 7:15 a.m. on the Monday after the tree fell and within two hours he was at our house, ready to start the job. His company coincidentally was mentioned to us by our usual yard crew just the week before, so we tried his phone. We had called many other companies over the weekend; two were not really interested and several never called back, even after we left messages on their answering machines. Terry, on the other hand, was extremely polite, efficient, respectful of our property and did a marvelous job of removing the large tree and trimming the other two. All work was completed within about 2 1/2 hours. Terry also recommended a local nursery and when we went there to purchase a replacement tree, they gave us a 20% discount just because he referred us. In spite of the fact that we were saddened to lose such a beautiful specimen tree, Terry and his assistant made it easier all the way around. We would highly recommend Terry's Tree Service.
