Requested help for window treatments for the entire house with shutters in the bedrooms and blinds throughout the rest of the house. They were on the high side of estimates we received from various companies. We went to their showroom and were impressed with the workmanship of the shutters. The shutters were ordered on 9/18/07. When I hadn't heard from them by the 1st of December, I called them to see what was going on as they were suppose to take 8 to 10 weeks. They checked and found they were suppose to come in either that week or the next. They called back later and made an appointment for 12/12/07 to install one room as the other set had a problem and couldn't be installed until later. The first installation went smoothly and quickly. The second set was installed on 12/21/07 by the dealer who did an excellent job even though he had to work with a wall that was slightly curved (not intentionally).

"WE WANT TO THANK THE MEMBER FOR HIS BUSINESS. WE HAVE BASED OUR BUSINESS ON REPUTATION WHICH HAS BEEN EXCELLENT OVER THE LAST 7 YEARS. THE MEMBER ORDERED A PRODUCT THAT WAS IMPORTED FROM CHINA. WE AS THE SELLING COMPANY HAD NO CONTROL OVER THE DELIVERY TIME. WE ESTIMATE 8 WEEKS (PROVIDED BY THE DISTRIBUTOR) HOWEVER DUE TO CUSTOMS, ETC. IT CAN BE LONGER. ONE WINDOW GOT LEFT OUT OF THE CONTAINER SO THAT IS THE REASON FOR ONE SHUTTER NOT ARRIVING AT THE SAME TIME. HAD THE PRODUCT BEEN PRODUCED HERE LOCALLY WE WOULD HAVE HAD THE SHUTTERS INSTALLED ALL AT ONE TIME WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME FRAME."
